WHY?We’re setting up a community-based safety net for anyone who has questions or problems with consent, chemsex, or who feels lonely. We’ve lost too many people, and during a meeting about loneliness at last year’s Pride, it became even clearer how much remains hidden and that something needed to be done.We’ve applied to Pride for a grant to organize three events during Pride, which will serve as the kickoff for a campaign running through the end of 2026. We’re focusing on the 3 C’s:ConsentChemsenseCompassionWith a booth, volunteer training, venue staff training, regular and social media, podcasts, meetings and socials, visibility at events and merchandise, we aim to inspire our community to be more than just connected by gender or sexuality. Preventing and healing, normalizing and supporting: to be the chosen family where no one slips through the cracks, and where we can speak freely about how we’re really doing.Being a Head-Master isn’t complicated. Wear a pin or a bracelet to show that you care about this, ask someone how they’re really doing, or share if things haven’t always been easy for you either. We’re actually all Head-Masters already, any action, big or small—just do what feels right for you and pay it forward.
CONSENT
Consent is not something obvious when you mean well and have a good charachter. It is necessary to be concious about our behavior in the heat of the moment. Trying to push boundaries is fun and horny and can also get akward if you don't know when the pushing becomes too much.In meetings, live and online education, and stimulating to talk about this amongst ourselves we aim to create a safe environment to push your boundaries and safely get wild. Also we want to create a community-based safety net for when something went wrong, if someone feels regret or bad afterwards.We will also launch the DSO project (Designated Safety Official), where we train venue staff to properly listen and refer to a professional. Putting it off as something part of the game creates unsafety that deminishes our feeling of sexual freedom we seek when engaging eachother sexually.Visible information is available at the venue, no preachers or policing, and the DSO serves as a personal point for safely asking questions or seeking aid after an akward altrication. In time we will grant venues and events a badge: the "Green bishop key" that shows the venue is a safe place to push your boundaries or live out your desires.
Chemsense
SENSIBLE CHEMSEXThere is nothing wrong with experimenting with drugs to enhance your sexual experiences or loosen up. It can also create a dependance to only enjoy sexuality using more drugs. Eventually the drugs control you in stead of the other way round.We need to learn to talk about that when that happens and therefor we will create meetings, our stand for questions and awareness, and provide digital and printed information through this website or the links to other initiatives.We hope to create a community-based network of lived experts and coaching without judgement.
COMPASSION
NEVER WALK ALONEWe want to break stigmas around loneliness by sharing our stories. We’ve all faced passive or active rejection or sometimes need our chosen family for more than just fun.No one has to struggle alone, and if you're doing well, pay it forward. Because when you're open about your past struggles, others know they can be too.We've lost too many people and are capable of so much more. We are family for this as well so let's pay it forward.
BECOMING A HEAD-MASTER IS EASY
Anyone can join, for example, paying it forward, wearing a sign or coming to a social is already enough. Get creative, any way you contribute to our community or share your story is valid.You can also support our efforts more officially:* Record a video on your phone about what this means to you, ending with your name and "I am a headmaster," and we will feature you in the head-masters gallery.
* Become a volunteer, help staff our stand or receive entry and travel reimbursement for events you enjoy by representing head-masters there.

I became involved having the same concerns about the problems we were seeing in our community.
